ISP Issue Update

I just want to let everyone know that I believe I have identified the problem and I have sent a series of emails to the engineers that currently have our lines on standby and monitoring them.

I ask that you all be patient while I continue to work with them to solve this problem. The good news is that during this process we have actually stabilized the client and server core so that when it is fixed, the game will be better than ever.

Just to clarify, this ISP issue is currently resulting in:

1) Short periods of not being able to log into TTE.
2) Some people being disconnected sporadically.
3) Full connection resets for everyone.
